Aimee first got into fitness in 2012 when she worked with a trainer, who helped her lose over 50lbs and transform her life. Aimee has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and worked as a case manager for a few years before pursuing a career in fitness. She then went to National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) where she became a Certified Personal Trainer. She obtained other fitness certifications while attending NPTI as well, such as TRX, Kettlebell training and USA Powerlifting. Aimee has worked at a few different gyms before landing the opportunity to open her own during a global pandemic. With the odds stacked against her, she worked to open her gym in November 2020.
Brittany has been a yoga instructor since 2013. Starting yoga has changed her life and helped her in so many ways as it helps you feel better inside and out. Brittany loves to share that amazing feeling with others through her yoga practice. She explains that yoga can help you experience the freedom of mind and release yourself from the burden of insecurity. Brittany has a loving husband and is the mother of two beautiful little girls!
Ervin served in the military as a Sergeant for 8 years. He has practiced martial arts his entire life. He grew up learning how to box from his father and from then practicing Shaolin and street fighting. After the military he practiced several forms of martial arts under many different teachers learning Tai- Chi, Bagua, Krav Maga and weapons training. Ervin has experience teaching martial arts to children and adults.
